Dear Year 6,
April 2020 UPDATE: Well done for working so hard during the last 2 weeks. I have loved seeing what you have been up to through your posts on SeeSaw. On this page, I have posted some fun activities and ideas for you to have a go at during the Easter holidays. Scroll down to find the 'Miss Hampshire's Year 6 Easter Ideas and Activities' document for lots of ideas, plus Easter Holiday activity files.
Keep busy and stay safe!
From Miss Hampshire x
March 2020: You have lots of learning to be getting on with in your home learning packs. Please also look at the 'Miss Hampshire's Year 6 Home Learning Activity' document, which has lots of other ideas to support your learning.
On this page, you will find really useful links and activities to do if you have worked through all of your packs. I will add bits as we go through the weeks, so keep an eye out! Try to do some practical learning too- it doesn't all have to be written down or on a sheet!
Remember it is a good idea to make sure you have some relaxation and exercise time as well! All this helps you to learn well and stay healthy- eat and sleep well too. Try to stick to the Home Learning Timetable that you produced to help keep you motivated!
If you can't print the activities off from this site (...there are lots of pages!); just work from the screen and write the answers down in your pink Home Learning Book.
Don't forget to login to Purple Mash, Sumdog and Times Table Rock Stars too!
You can contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Seesaw and Purple Mash. Send me photos/videos, keep me up-to-date with what you are doing, send me a funny story or joke! Remember to add bits to the class blog on Purple Mash so we can all keep in touch with each other! If you have any top tips for home learning or have completed activities that you have devised yourself...let us know about them!
Hopefully see you all really soon,
